This museum was set up in 1999 with the support of the commune of Wiltz and the Brotherhood of Gambrinus.The "Syndicat d’initiative", the tourist office of Wiltz, manages the site and the collections.The museum comprises 5 rooms:The historical pub, The ingredients of beer, A brief history, The production of beer & The tannery.

Heel klein museum, niet de moeite waard om naartoe te gaan

Chouette musée, néanmoins certaines salles manquaient de clarté (notamment la seconde), la salle de la mini brasserie aurait gagné à être présentée par un brasseur, même quelques minutes,...
